These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement,” “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://venrapmusiq.co.za/ (“Site”), our services, and any online or in-person activities, including digital purchases, music promotion and distribution services, PR management, and events (“Services”). By using our Site and Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Venrap MusiQ.
“You”, “User”, “Client” refers to anyone accessing the Site or using the Services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and any other policies referenced herein. You must be of legal age or have legal guardian consent to enter into this Agreement.
3. Description of Services
Venrap MusiQ provides the following services (as applicable):
• Music promotion and marketing
• Digital music distribution and analytics
• Artist support, brand partnerships, and PR management
• Online purchase of merchandise, tickets, and digital downloads
• Event announcements and lifestyle content
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.
4. User Accounts
To access or purchase certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Not sharing account access with others
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Payments, Billing & Security
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept online payments through secure, third-party payment processors. This may include credit/debit cards, mobile money, or other providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) depending on availability in your region. All transactions are subject to processing and security measures of the chosen provider.
5.2 Pricing and Fees
Prices for Services or products displayed on the Site are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5.3 Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us within 14 days of the date the error first appeared on your statement. Failure to do so may affect your ability to resolve the issue.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the type of purchase:
Digital Music & Promotional Services:
• Once a digital product (music download, streaming access, promo package, analytics report, etc.) is delivered or made available to you, payments are non-refundable due to the nature of digital distribution.
• If technical issues prevent delivery of a purchased digital service and we cannot remedy them within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or service credit may be issued.
Event Tickets and Merchandise:
• Tickets may be refundable only if the event is cancelled.
• Merchandise may be refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original condition and packaging.
Service Cancellations:
• Service cancellations before work begins may be eligible for partial refunds; once work begins (e.g., promotion campaign launched, distribution uploaded), no refunds are issued.
6.2 How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds — if approved — will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Processing may take 5–15 business days depending on bank and payment provider.
6.3 Dispute Handling
In the event of a payment dispute, Users must notify us in writing within 14 days of the transaction date. In unresolved matters, disputes may be subject to review under applicable consumer laws.
7. Intellectual Property and Content
All original content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, artwork, music, and software — is the property of Venrap MusiQ or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any portion of the Site or Services without express written permission.
8. User Submissions
If you submit music, artwork, or any content for promotion or distribution:
• You affirm you own or have rights to submit the content, and
• You grant Venrap MusiQ a non-exclusive license to use, publish, promote, and distribute that content across platforms.
We are not responsible for verifying ownership or legality of submitted content.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the Site for unlawful activities
• Post or transmit offensive, infringing, or harmful material
• Interfere with Site operations or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Site may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.
11. Limitation of Liability
