1. General Policy
Venrap MusiQ provides digital products, music distribution, promotion services, PR management, event tickets, and physical merchandise. Due to the nature of these offerings, not all purchases are eligible for return or refund.
All return and refund requests are handled in accordance with South African consumer protection laws and this policy.
2. Digital Products & Services (No Returns)
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated:

โข Any downloadable or streamed digital content
Once access is granted or work has commenced, the service is considered fulfilled.
Exception
If a technical fault directly caused by Venrap MusiQ prevents access or delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
3. Music Promotion & PR Services
These services are custom and time-sensitive.
โข Cancellations before work begins may qualify for a partial refund
โข No refunds once promotion, distribution, or PR activities have started
โข Performance results (streams, exposure, sales) are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds
4. Physical Merchandise Returns
Physical merchandise (such as apparel) may be returned under the following conditions:
Eligibility
โข Return request made within 30 days of purchase
โข Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
โข Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
โข Sale or discounted items
โข Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Shipping
โข Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Event Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable except when:
โข An event is cancelled and not rescheduled
โข An event is postponed and you are unable to attend the new date

If you receive an incorrect item or defective merchandise:
