Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://venrapmusiq.co.za/. By purchasing from Venrap MusiQ, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

Venrap MusiQ provides digital products, music distribution, promotion services, PR management, event tickets, and physical merchandise. Due to the nature of these offerings, not all purchases are eligible for return or refund.

All return and refund requests are handled in accordance with South African consumer protection laws and this policy.


2. Digital Products & Services (No Returns)

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated:

โ€ข Digital music downloads
โ€ข Music distribution services
โ€ข Music promotion and PR campaigns
โ€ข Artist marketing, branding, and analytics services
โ€ข Any downloadable or streamed digital content

Once access is granted or work has commenced, the service is considered fulfilled.

Exception

If a technical fault directly caused by Venrap MusiQ prevents access or delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.


3. Music Promotion & PR Services

These services are custom and time-sensitive.

โ€ข Cancellations before work begins may qualify for a partial refund
โ€ข No refunds once promotion, distribution, or PR activities have started
โ€ข Performance results (streams, exposure, sales) are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds


4. Physical Merchandise Returns

Physical merchandise (such as apparel) may be returned under the following conditions:

Eligibility

โ€ข Return request made within 30 days of purchase
โ€ข Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
โ€ข Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

โ€ข Sale or discounted items
โ€ข Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Shipping

โ€ข Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
โ€ข Original shipping fees are non-refundable


5. Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable except when:

โ€ข An event is cancelled and not rescheduled
โ€ข An event is postponed and you are unable to attend the new date

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


6. Incorrect, Defective, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or defective merchandise:

โ€ข Notify us within 7 days of delivery
โ€ข Provide proof (photos or description of the issue)
โ€ข We will issue a replacement or refund once verified


7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

โ€ข Issued via the original payment method
โ€ข Processing time: 5โ€“15 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
โ€ข You will be notified once the refund has been issued


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Venrap MusiQ directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

โ€ข Denial of future services


9. Right to Refuse Returns & Refunds

Venrap MusiQ reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if:

โ€ข Policy conditions are not met
โ€ข Services have already been fully delivered
โ€ข Abuse or misuse of the return system is suspected
